Have your birthday party, reunion, shower or business function at the Recreation Center or at the Genoa Fitness Center or GFC Kidz Zone. Take advantage of our space. We have the tables, chairs and indoor accommodations.
Chamberlain Recreation Center
Building Rental
This facility is perfect for parties, meetings, celebrations, and other special events and can comfortably accommodate up to 100 people with table seating.

Rental Rates
Residents
- 3-hour rental: $100.00
- Each additional hour: $30.00
Non-Residents
- 3-hour rental: $135.00
- Each additional hour: $30.00
Rental Agreement & Deposit
A $150.00 refundable deposit is required for all indoor building rentals.
Please download and complete our Building Rental Agreement above.
Once your requested date has been confirmed and approved, we will send you a payment link to assist you in completing your building rental reservation.
The $150.00 refundable deposit will be included in your payment if you choose to complete your rental reservation without coming into the Park District office.
If you prefer to come into the office, you may leave your deposit using cash, check, or credit card.
Cleaning & Care
Renters are responsible for leaving the building clean and in the same condition in which it was found. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping down tables, removing decorations, and removing all trash and personal belongings.
Failure to properly clean the facility or any damage to the facility may result in the loss of your refundable deposit.
Refunds
Your $150.00 deposit will be refunded within two weeks following your rental date, provided the building is left clean, undamaged, and in good condition.
Outdoor Shelter Rentals
Outdoor shelters at Kiernan Park and Chamberlain Park are available for rental.
- Electricity: Available at the Chamberlain Park shelters.
- Port-o-lets: Located near the shelters.
- Refundable Deposit: A $75.00 refundable deposit is required for all shelter rentals.
Resident discount: $30.00 for the day
Non-resident: $40.00 for the day
